Summer 2008“NEW” Lower Rates Hurry before camp sells out! Thank you for your interest in the St. Francis of Assisi Fun in the Sun Summer Camp program. Follow this link to the Parish Forms download page to fill out a registration form and return it to the office along with your registration fee and payment for one week of tuition, before May 1, 2008. With only 40 slots available and our new lower prices, we expect the popular weeks to sell out early! A confirmation letter will be sent to you listing the weeks/days you are registered for, as well as important information regarding camp hours, drop-off/pick-up, early pick-up, etc.. Summer Weeks: From June 25 to August 20, 2008. Camp Hours: Our camp operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:45 PM. Children may be registered to attend camp for less than a full week, but must register to attend a minimum of two days per week. Age Requirements: Children 4 to 12 years old Registration Fee: There is a $50.00 non-refundable family registration fee. Tuition: “New” lower rates. Our weekly fee is $100 per child (the weekly discounted rate for a sibling is $80). No refunds will be given for any part of a week for which the child is registered but does not attend. The daily camp fee is $25 (if you have siblings, the daily discounted rate is $20). Payment for one week (per child) must be enclosed with the registration form and registration fee. Your week’s deposit will be applied to your last week of camp. All other payments are due on the Friday before the week your child is attending (payable in advance). If your child is registered to attend less than a full week, payment for the amount of days attending is required. Thus, if your child is registered to attend 3 days in two different weeks, payment for three days is required. A tuition discount of 5% can be deducted for all tuitions pre-paid in full by May 15, 2008. Cancellations: In order to obtain a refund of any tuition paid, you must provide written notification of cancellation to the Program Director on or before May 15, 2008. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after May 15, 2008. After May 15, 2008, you are financially responsible for the weeks or days that you have reserved. Please return the completed forms, along with your registration fee and payment for one week of tuition, before May 1, 2008. All-star Olympics – “Ribbons, relays, games and more, this is a week for you to soar!” 5. Outdoor Adventures – “Lizards, ants, and plants oh my!” 6. Wet N’ Wild – “Splash up some fun, with your friends in the sun” 7. A Wacky, Wild, Week – “Inside, outside, upside down, this week our campers are the wackiest in town”. 8. Ahoy Thar’ Matey – “Argh! Looking for treasure will be a real treat, let’s all find it before Pirate Pete!” 9. Mission Space – “Blast your way into a week full of fun”
