We Are Pleased To Introduce To You Our New HS Youth Minister…VALERIE SOMERSValerie was born and raised in Bristol, NH enjoying the beauty of Newfound Lake and the foothills of the White Mountains.  She attended her first year of college at Franciscan University right out of High School.  She took a break from her studies in Theology during which time she worked for a US Senator, the State Senate, and the US Attorney's Office.

In 2004, she felt called to take youth ministry on full time and returned to Franciscan University to finish her under-graduate work; she graduated in May of 2007, and was hired as the new Youth Minister at Immaculate Conception.  While there, she met Jim, her husband, whom she married on August 8 of this year.  Valerie and Jim are excited to join St. Francis and we welcome them to our parish family!
