How to Register

Please print and complete the 2026-2027 Registration Form for our Faith Formation Program  You may bring the form into the Parish Office with your payment, or mail your completed form and payment to St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 9 St. Francis Way, Litchfield NH 03052.

Sacramental Preparation

2nd Grade students will prepare to receive their First Reconciliation. 3rd Grade students will prepare to receive Confirmation and First Holy Communion.
