Print out and complete the Registration Form from the link above. You may bring the form into the Parish Office with your payment, or mail your completed form and payment to St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 9 St. Francis Way, Litchfield NH 03052.

Sacramental Preparation
The Diocese of Manchester implemented the Restored Order of the Sacraments of Initiation in 2017. This means that Confirmation will be celebrated before, not after, First Communion. This practice restores Confirmation to its original place. Through this process, the three Sacraments of Christian Initiation return to the logical order in which they were designed to be received: first Baptism, then Confirmation, then Eucharist, the source and summit of Christian life. It also restores the practice of administering the Sacraments of Christian Initiation to young children as early as possible. Read more about the Restored Order of Sacraments here.
In Faith Formation classses this year, 2nd Grade students will prepare to receive their First Reconciliation. 3rd Grade students will prepare to receive Confirmation and First Holy Communion, which will both take place during Holy Mass. The date of Confirmation and First Holy Communion is given to our parish by the Diocese, and is still TBA at this time.
